Telecalling Team Leader

Being a part of this company, you are not required to visit the Company office regularly. Hence, the following

activities shall be considered to determine the services provided by you to the Company during the term of

your employment:

a. Attending online/offline training of the Company.

b. Attending office if required by the Company.

c. Attending meetings/webinars of the Company Online/Offline.

d. Facilitating for on-boarding of any Insurance Consultant or Point of Sale(POP)

e. Sales activities updation using Business Management Tool (BMT) of the Company.

f. Solicitation of insurance policies.

Duties and Responsibility

a. You will be responsible to ensure ethical selling and quality business either under your team’s business code

b. Choose the appropriate Insurance Consultant, Advisors/POS-P profiles & handhold them till they get licensed/

Certified from IRDA and TALIC.

c. Instil customer orientation amongst Insurance Consultant, Advisor /POS-P and enhance their financial

quotient

d. Build and manage your own team- including relationship issues between them and dealing appropriately

with the operational issues of your team

e. Review the activities of the IC/POS-P and jointly plan for business promotion and development of the

IC/POS-P

f. Build control mechanism to ensure IC/POS-P balances new business and renewal collection

g. Identify good market for the company

h. Efficient, Satisfactory and economical operation in the area of responsibility which may be assigned to

you by the company from time to time. As a part of this company, you will maintain a high

standard of discipline, efficiency, integrity and will co-ordinate with other employee/workers and

sincerely abide by the instructions of your superior(s)
