Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage walk-in customers in a warm, professional manner.
Understand customer preferences and budget, and recommend suitable car models and variants accordingly.
Explain features, specifications, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently.
Conduct test drives and ensure all customer queries are answered thoroughly.
Maintain a deep understanding of the latest models, offers, and financing schemes.
Assist in the completion of the sales process, from inquiry to documentation to vehicle delivery.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduates and Undergraduates both and 0.5 years - 6 years of experience.
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
