A. Staff Observation
➢ CCTV monitoring is to be done daily at regular intervals
➢ Regular review meetings are to be done with the management and highlight the positive and negative points. Make an action plan against points to be implemented.
B. Inventory
➢ Ensure stock transfers are done as per SOPs
➢ Transactions which have a discrepancy, ensure it has been solved
➢ Ensure the stock is maintained as per the guidelines framed within the stores
➢ Regular stock takes to be conducted and discrepancies to be tracked
➢ Ensure all inventory SOPs are followed
C. Sales
➢ Bad customer feedback is to be handled personally and ensure it has been resolved
➢ Ensure customer service standards are maintained at every store
D. SOPs
➢ Visit Stores & warehouses regularly to ensure SOPs are followed. Store visit checklist to be filled
➢ Ensure Managers are following SOPs and their duties at the store & warehouse. Daily follow-ups and audits are to be done.
➢ SOPs Audits to be conducted every month at all locations
➢ Post-SOP Audit, regular follow-up is to be taken to ensure the deviations are implemented
➢ Any up gradation in SOPs to be proposed to the management
E. Audits

F. IT
➢ Coordinate & Follow-up up with Software vendors to explain the changes/ new features required
➢ Ensure user rights are correctly allocated at every location
