Job Summary:
Kuredr, a fast-growing Ayurvedic wellness brand, is looking for experienced and passionate Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The role involves engaging potential customers through calls, understanding their health needs, and offering suitable Ayurvedic supplement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on warm leads and ensure timely conversion.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience (preferably in Ayurvedic or healthcare products).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong target-oriented approach and sales mindset.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and confident personality.
