We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, presenting property listings, and closing deals. You should have a good understanding of the local property market and a passion for helping clients find their ideal homes or investment opportunities.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers and investors.
Schedule and conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
Provide clients with information on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters.
Guide clients from property inquiry to closing, ensuring smooth transactions.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Negotiate deals and handle paperwork to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive, Sales Associate, or similar role.
Knowledge of local property market and real estate trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid real estate license (if required by your region).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
