Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Asco Motors is looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to handle lead calling, customer follow-ups, and service reminder calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring timely communication regarding vehicle services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with potential customers from lead databases.

• Explain vehicle details, offers, and services over the phone.

• Make service reminder calls to existing customers for vehicle maintenance or servicing.

• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM.

• Coordinate with service and sales teams for smooth customer handling.

• Handle basic showroom walk-in customers and assist in query resolution.

• Meet the sales monthly target

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM entry.

• Should be polite, punctual, and customer-focused.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
