Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Counsellor who can guide UPSC aspirants with basic counselling, queries, and course information. The role includes handling walk-ins, managing calls, and supporting students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group counselling to UPSC aspirants.
Guide students on exam pattern, syllabus analysis, study planning, optional subject selection, and time management.
Collaborate with faculty to create and curate UPSC-oriented academic content.
Stay updated with UPSC notifications, exam trends, and syllabus/pattern changes.
Maintain accurate student records and improve counselling workflows.

Eligibility & Experience

Background in the education sector/ UPSC CSE / SSC counselling / UPSC aspirant role preferred.
Strong understanding of the UPSC CSE exam structure and preparation strategy.
Ability to communicate clearly with students and parents.
Experience: minimum 6 months to maximum 1 year in UPSC counselling.
Support the development of learning and training materials for aspirants.
Work Type - Full-Time
Work Mode - On-site
Preferred - Immediate joiner
