Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team in the UPSC segment. The candidate will be responsible for guiding UPSC aspirants, understanding their preparation needs, and converting inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have experience in counselling, sales, or the education industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide UPSC aspirants regarding courses, preparation strategies, and career paths.
Handle incoming leads and face to face convert them into admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Provide accurate information about course structure, fees, and batches.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements:

Work experience in UPSC domain / Education industry / Sales or Counselling profile.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good command of English communication.
Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Prior experience in UPSC counselling will be preferred.
Immediate joiner - preffered
