We are looking for a Sales and Estimation Engineer to join our team at Fricaps Security Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹22000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Tender Preparation:*
- Prepare and coordinate tender submissions for ELV projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
- Conduct thorough reviews of tender documents, identifying risks, opportunities, and clarifying any ambiguities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions.
2. *Cost Estimation:*
- Develop detailed cost estimates for ELV projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- Analyze project scope, specifications, and drawings to determine resource requirements and costs.
- Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and aligned with company pricing strategies.
3. *Pricing and Profitability Analysis:*
- Conduct pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternatives to optimize project costs.
- Monitor and report on tender performance and hit rates.
4. *Project Pricing Strategy:*
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for ELV projects, considering market conditions, competition, and company objectives.
- Provide input on pricing and risk management during the tender phase.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge, MS Excel, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
