📍 Location: Goregaon West
🕒 Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
💼 Industry Preference: Distribution / Manufacturing
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Openings: 3 (1 Male – Urgent, 2 Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders, dispatches, and payment follow-ups

• Coordination between factory, printing, warehouse, and dispatch teams

• Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Orders (SO), invoices, and ledgers

• Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and documentation

• Promote new products through WhatsApp and client communication

• Analyze category-wise sales and maintain accurate reports

• Track sales team activity and coordinate with field sales executives

• Generate leads via Google search and online platforms

• Maintain and update Excel data and CRM system

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Proficiency in Tally and Excel

• Knowledge of CRM tools

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong coordination skills

• Preferred experience in the Distribution or Manufacturing industry
