Experience: 2+ years experience in Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.

• Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions.

• Assist in preparing sales reports and supporting documentation.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (English & Gujarati preferred).

🔹 Sales Manager (3+ Years of Experience)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales & Team Handling (Real Estate preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the customer base and explore new markets.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and guide sales executives. Monitor daily performance and coach team members.

• Client Relationship: Build long-term client connections by providing tailored property solutions.

• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare monthly and yearly sales forecasts, analyze data, and generate insights.

• Sales Tools & Support: Develop scripts, refine sales techniques, and ensure the team is equipped with resources.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to manage teams.

• Excellent communication skills (English & Gujarati).

• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and presentations.

• Strategic mindset with ability to achieve and exceed targets.
