We are hiring a female pre-sales tele caller who will be responsible for contacting potential clients from a provided lead database. The role involves explaining project details, handling inquiries, and scheduling site visits — no cold calling or fieldwork required.Key Responsibilities:
Call and engage leads shared by the in-house marketing team.Provide clear information about residential projects.Handle customer queries and build a positive rapport.Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.Update CRM systems with call notes and follow-up details.Requirements:
