Travel Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell travel packages including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, cruises, and travel insurance

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in clients

• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored travel solutions

• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis

• Provide accurate information about destinations, pricing, and travel policies

• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for bookings and negotiations

• Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business

• Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and competitor offerings

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in travel sales or tourism industry (preferred)

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations

• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field (preferred)
