Shift Timing: Night Shift, 7 PM to 4 AM
Week Off: Saturday and Sunday fixed off
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 (Target-based salary)
Experience: Freshers and 0-1 year experience
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Language: Good English communication required

Job Description:
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join our team at Conversion Matrix 360. This is a target-based role, where your salary depends on achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets while calling US clients to generate leads and maintaining accurate data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that data remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to smooth operations.

• Verify data accuracy, make corrections, and identify irregularities in a timely manner.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Perform outbound calls to generate leads as per daily targets.

• Support various administrative tasks to assist other departments when needed.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 0-1 year of experience (freshers can apply)

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Comfortable working in a target-driven, night-shift environment
