Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Loan Executives to join our Paytm Loan Department. The role involves generating leads, explaining loan products, assisting customers with applications, and ensuring smooth processing of loans. Candidates should have strong communication skills, basic financial knowledge, and a target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers for business/personal loans

Explain Paytm loan products and eligibility criteria

Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation

Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Requirements:

• Graduate / 12th pass with sales experience preferre

• Experience in loans/financial services is an added advantage
