ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
· Promote Accounting Outsourcing, Payroll Outsourcing, and Review/Compliance services to prospective clients.
· Conduct client meetings (virtual/physical) to understand business requirements and present service offerings.
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations tailored to client needs.
· Negotiate commercial terms and close deals as per company guidelines.
· Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Maintain and update lead pipeline and client data in CRM system.
· Coordinate with internal operations team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
· Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
· Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client base.
· Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
· Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to reporting manager.
Mandate
· Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
· Strong communication, negotiation, and lead generation skills with proven target achievement record.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred
Sales experience in Accounting, Payroll, or Outsourcing services.
