Conduct B2B/B2C market research to identify ideal prospects.
Build and maintain accurate prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, CRM systems, etc.
Understand ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and optimize prospect targeting.
Execute cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls).
Craft personalized outreach messages that drive high response rates.
Track outreach performance and optimize messaging.
Qualify inbound leads using established criteria (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.).
Engage website visitors/leads via chat, forms, or email.
Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative.
Log all activities and lead data into CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Report weekly KPIs: leads generated, conversion rates, response rates.
Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting and campaign strategies.
Work closely with Sales to ensure lead quality alignment.
Provide feedback to Marketing on lead sources and audience behavior.
Participate in strategy meetings to improve acquisition channels.
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.(Hindi and English mandatory)
Proficiency with lead gen tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, CRM).
Ability to work with KPIs and meet weekly/monthly targets.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
