Job Description

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Conduct B2B/B2C market research to identify ideal prospects.

  • Build and maintain accurate prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, CRM systems, etc.

  • Understand ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and optimize prospect targeting.

Outbound Lead Generation

  • Execute cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls).

  • Craft personalized outreach messages that drive high response rates.

  • Track outreach performance and optimize messaging.

Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Qualify inbound leads using established criteria (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.).

  • Engage website visitors/leads via chat, forms, or email.

  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative.

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Log all activities and lead data into CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Report weekly KPIs: leads generated, conversion rates, response rates.

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting and campaign strategies.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales to ensure lead quality alignment.

  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead sources and audience behavior.

  • Participate in strategy meetings to improve acquisition channels.


📌 Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.(Hindi and English mandatory)

  • Proficiency with lead gen tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, CRM).

  • Ability to work with KPIs and meet weekly/monthly targets.

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
