Inside Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Inside Sales team in daily activities and sales documentation.

• Prepare and manage pre-order quotations and handle post-order follow-ups with internal teams and customers.

• Maintain and update customer records accurately in Salesforce CRM.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, Purchase, and technical departments to ensure smooth order execution and service delivery.

• Support in generating sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the sales domain.
