Job Overview:

Safety Zest is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associate who will be responsible for lead follow-ups, client engagement, and supporting the sales team with documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients via calls and emails to introduce Safety Zest’s offerings.

Follow up on leads and schedule meetings or demos for the business development team.

Maintain and update client databases, proposals, and sales trackers using Excel & Word.

Coordinate internally to ensure timely responses and smooth client communication.

Support pre- and post-sales processes and ensure excellent customer experience.

Mandatory Criteria:

Should have experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles.

Experience: 1–2 years

Language proficiency: Kannada, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
