Job description:

Establish and maintain relationships with other real estate agents to gain access to a wide range of properties.

Identify and approach potential partners, including developers and landowners, to expand the company's property listings.

Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with real estate agents, developers, and landowners.

Secure favorable terms and conditions for property acquisitions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Oversee the preparation, review, and management of all necessary documentation related to property transactions.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions and partnerships.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the real estate market.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's market presence and competitive advantage.

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress to senior management.
