Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead business development and revenue growth for our Hubli and Bangalore branches. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent business development skills, and outstanding English communication. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Drive patient acquisition, revenue growth, and overall sales performance of the centre
Develop and execute local sales & marketing strategies to meet targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and front-office teams
Build strong relationships with corporates, doctors, referral partners, and institutions
Monitor daily sales performance, conversions, and MIS reports
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality
Coordinate with central marketing and operations teams
Handle centre-level business planning and reporting
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Sales / Business Development (Healthcare / Hospital / Wellness preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to work independently and handle centre-level responsibility
Immediate joiners preferred
Experience
Minimum 3–8 years of relevant sales/business development experience
Experience as Centre Head / Branch Head / Sales Manager will be an added advantage
