Job Description

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data to prepare accurate reports for management. The role supports decision-making by maintaining databases, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Maintain and update data in Excel and internal systems
Track attendance, sales, inventory, or HR data as required
Analyze data and highlight trends, gaps, and performance issues
Coordinate with departments to collect accurate information
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Maintain proper documentation and records
Support management with ad-hoc reports and presentations

Required Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas)
Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
