Job Title: Resource Network Coordinator (Field Work)

Location: NCR (Travel as per Work Requirements)

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, sincere, and active person who knows or wants to learn about copper, brass, aluminium, and other non-ferrous metals.
If you have worked with metal scrap, kabadi, traders, or factories, or if you understand how the metal market works — this job can be a great opportunity for you.

Your main work will be to meet people, visit markets, and build connections with suppliers and buyers. You will be supported by our office team for all paperwork, coordination, and backend work — so you can focus fully on developing the market and growing business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Visit scrap yards, traders, recyclers, and factories in different areas.

• Meet new buyers and suppliers, and maintain good long-term relationships.

• Find new customers for recycled copper, brass, and aluminium.

• Understand rates, quality, and demand in the local market.

• Collect samples, feedback, and market information for the company.

• Help the company create a steady supply chain and customer base for recycled metals.

• Those who have worked with kabadiwalas, metal traders, or recycling plants.

• Must be honest, hardworking, and responsible.
