Provide accurate guidance on online degree programs, universities, course structure, and career opportunities.
Assist students throughout the admission process, from enquiry to final enrolment.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Maintain and update lead details, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM systems.
Build strong relationships with students and provide an excellent counselling experience.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and online education developments.
