Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and business growth. BDEs are typically responsible for identifying prospects, conducting outreach, qualifying leads, and converting them into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Identify and connect with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain daily updates in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales (Freshers with excellent communication can apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
