Education Counsellor

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations tailored to client needs (especially schools, colleges, universities, or education boards).

• Analyze client requirements and propose the right solutions from our product/service suite.

• Prepare customized proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical documentation.

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine pitch strategies.

• Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and the education sector ecosystem.

• Participate in client meetings (virtual or onsite) to support the sales process.

• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and tech) for solution design.

• Assisted in onboarding and transitioning new clients post-sales closure.
