We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and achieve monthly targets. The role involves lead handling, client meetings, site visits, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and site visits
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/projects
Conduct client meetings and property/site visits professionally
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely closures
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities (CRM/Excel)
Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong convincing and closing ability
Customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Willingness to travel for site visits
