Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen our client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Skills

• Hands-on with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

• Strong communication & client handling skills

• Data management & reporting in Excel/CRM dashboards

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer relationships through CRM tools

• Track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions

• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries on time

• Generate reports and share insights with management

• Support sales/marketing teams with customer data and feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Master’s degree is an advantage).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Smart personality with client-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle client queries professionally and maintain ongoing relationships.

• Knowledge of Parekh Gallerium’s products/services (sanitary ware, interiors, etc.) will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
