Academic Counsellor

Role Overview

1️ Parent Counselling

• Understand parent requirements and child’s academic level

• Explain our programs to parents, organise PTM, teacher coordination

• Coordinate demo sessions, assessment calls, and onboarding

2️ Student Coordination & Progress Tracking

• Monitor students’ weekly learning tasks and progress

• Coordinate with teachers and mentors

• Ensure assignments, doubts, and planning run smoothly

3️ Communication & Conversions

• Build trust with parents and maintain a strong relationship

• Handle follow-ups through calls/WhatsApp

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication (English)

• Experience in EdTech / Counselling / Sales / Coordination

• Confident in handling parents and students

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills

• Calm, patient, and student-friendly personality

• Good understanding of academics/Olympiads is a plus
