Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen our client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Skills

Hands-on with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong communication & client handling skills
Data management & reporting in Excel/CRM dashboards

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer relationships through CRM tools
Track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries on time
Generate reports and share insights with management
Support sales/marketing teams with customer data and feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Smart personality with client-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and maintain ongoing relationships.
Knowledge of Parekh Gallerium’s products/services (sanitary ware, interiors, etc.) will be an added advantage.
