Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage landlord–tenant work lists (Pre & Post-Possession).

  • Maintain proper documentation in Google Drive.

  • Create and manage WhatsApp groups; share updates and urgent communications.

  • Coordinate for working drawings (PDF & AutoCAD) and ensure approvals.

  • Conduct site visits to review drawings and monitor work progress.

  • Coordinate with vendors, track timelines, and ensure timely execution.

  • Share daily progress updates with photos/videos.

  • Plan and manage handovers, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Monitor post-possession works and resolve delays.

  • Ensure statutory approvals (Fire NOC, Power Load, OC, CC) before store opening.

  • Identify issues proactively and escalate when required.
