Customer Relationship Associate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a variety of insurance products, including life, health, auto, property, and casualty insurance, while providing exceptional customer service and helping clients find the best coverage to meet their needs.

Note : Fresher can't applicable , experience is must here( sales & marketing experience is prefferable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage with prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

• Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options in a clear and concise manner

• Prepare and present customized insurance quotes and policy proposals

• Process applications, maintain accurate client records, and manage follow-ups

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals

• Stay updated on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and product knowledge

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve policy-related issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Proven experience in sales or a related field is a plus

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
