To ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong post-sales relationships by coordinating service requests, handling customer feedback, and ensuring timely resolution of issues after product delivery.
Coordinate and manage all after-sales service activities with customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Maintain records of installations, service calls, and product maintenance schedules.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after product delivery or service completion.
Liaise with internal departments (sales, logistics, service team) to resolve customer issues.
Prepare after-sales reports and share updates with management.
Monitor warranty claims, replacements, and service feedback.
Support sales and service teams with documentation and communication.
Ensure service quality standards and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in after-sales or customer service roles (manufacturing/service industry preferred).
