Job Title: CSR Fundraising Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented individual to build partnerships with corporates, explore CSR funding opportunities, and support our social impact projects through effective fundraising and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential CSR funding partners and corporate donors.
Prepare CSR proposals, concept notes, and project documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with CSR heads and corporate representatives.
Coordinate with internal teams for project reporting, compliance, and impact assessment.
Present project success stories and impact reports to funders.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate (MSW, MBA, or related field).
Prior experience in CSR, fundraising, or the non-profit sector preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of CSR compliance and corporate networking.
