Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented individual to build partnerships with corporates, explore CSR funding opportunities, and support our social impact projects through effective fundraising and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential CSR funding partners and corporate donors.

• Prepare CSR proposals, concept notes, and project documentation.

• Maintain strong relationships with CSR heads and corporate representatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams for project reporting, compliance, and impact assessment.

• Present project success stories and impact reports to funders.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MSW, MBA, or related field).

• Prior experience in CSR, fundraising, or the non-profit sector preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Good understanding of CSR compliance and corporate networking.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
