1. Documentation & Records Management

  • Employee personal files, joining documents, offer letters, appointment letters maintain karna

  • KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, Bank details, etc.) verify aur update karna

  • Employee data HR software / Excel sheets mein update rakhna

  • Leave, attendance aur shift-related records maintain karna

2. Onboarding & Exit Process

  • New joinees ke joining formalities complete karna

  • Induction documentation aur forms collect karna

  • Resignation, F&F, exit formalities ke documents coordinate karna
