Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Sales strategy: Develop and implement strategic action plans and sales strategies to drive measurable revenue growth and achieve targets.

  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages to secure business while ensuring they meet financial objectives.

  • Business development: Identify new business opportunities and develop new feeder markets by proactively reaching out to potential clients and conducting sales presentations.

  • Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as revenue management, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on sales goals.

  • Performance tracking: Track and analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue forecasts to report on progress and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Hotel representation: Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

  • Deep understanding of the corporate travel market and hotel operations.
