Job Description:
Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture.
Manage and work on HRMS portals for employee data, attendance, leaves, payroll, and reports.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in payroll management.
Strong exposure to employee engagement initiatives.
Hands-on experience with any HRMS software/portal.
Good communication and organizational skills.
