Job Description

Connect directly with client companies (domestic & international) that are hiring remote IT professionals\n(Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) — with resources based only in India.\n● Pitch pre-vetted bench resources in line with client expectations and close successful staffing engagements.\n● Build long-term consultative relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers.\n● Drive outbound sales through LinkedIn, emails, and calls to generate qualified leads and book meetings.\n● Understand detailed client requirements, including skillsets, hiring models (contract/full-time), project timelines,\nand team size.\n● Effectively present and position bench talent across technologies, demonstrating the value they bring to the\nclient's project.\n● Collaborate with internal delivery and bench management teams to ensure timely resource onboarding and\nsmooth client coordination.\n● Maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline, document client conversations, feedback, and status in CRM tools.\n● Bring a solution-selling mindset to address specific client pain points with tailored staffing solutions.\n\nMust-Have Qualifications\n● 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in the IT services or staff augmentation industry (Domestic or\nInternational).\n● Strong understanding of technology roles,\n● Experience in selling remote developer services or contract staffing solutions (not just lead support).\n● Demonstrated success in consultative sales, client handling, and revenue growth.\n● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.\n● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
