Job Description

Location: BANGALORE

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Associates to join our team at PVR / INOX cinemas. The role involves handling ticketing, food & beverage services, billing, and delivering excellent customer support to ensure a great movie experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle movie ticket booking and billing
Manage food & beverage counters (popcorn, snacks, beverages)
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Assist customers with queries and theatre guidance
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Support smooth operations inside the multiplex
Handle cash/card transactions accurately

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Degree
Good communication skills (basic English required)
Customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹28,000 per month (CTC)
Includes: PF & ESI benefits
Performance Bonus: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 (based on performance)
Cab facility available (as per shift/company policy)
