Salary:- Up to 21k(In hand) + ESI/PF + Insurance + Incentives and other bonus(Fixed salary depends on the experience based)

Candidate will be resolving the customer queries
Job Description:-
As a customer experience executive, you will be responsible for
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, issues, and requests and maintain a strict SLA for replies
Deep dive into actual issues/concerns raised by users and liaise with internal teams to find a resolution
Be able to work across multiple channels to communicate with customers and handle queries via outbound calls and emails.
Job Requirements:-
Qualification:- Graduate/Post Graduate
Age:- Below 30-35 Years
Own laptop, internet connection, power backup and headset is mandatory
Excellent communication skills required
Male & Female both can apply

Rotational week off
