The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in both B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interiors, modular furniture, or bath décor industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing business partnerships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in modular kitchen, bath, and décor segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
Handle inquiries from retail and project clients; conduct meetings and presentations to promote products.
Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for management review.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and corporate customers.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
