Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new franchise / dealership partners for NGE Petroleum (Petrol Pump, CBG Plant, EV Charging, etc.).

  • Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms, references, field visits, and local marketing activities.

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential investors or entrepreneurs.

  • Explain business models, investment plans, ROI projections, and project setup processes to prospects.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for franchise sign-ups and revenue.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly update management on progress.

  • Negotiate terms and close franchise deals in line with company policies.

3. Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for site survey, documentation, and project execution support.

  • Assist franchise partners in obtaining necessary approvals, licenses, and agreements.

  • Ensure timely onboarding and launch of franchise outlets.

4. Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives (roadshows, investor meets, promotional campaigns).

  • Support digital marketing and lead generation campaigns for assigned territories.

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

5. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing franchise partners.

  • Resolve franchise concerns promptly and ensure partner satisfaction.

  • Act as a bridge between franchisees and corporate teams for continuous business growth.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital communication tools.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

  • Must be Targate Oriented


Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • MBA preferred.
