Business Development Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for sourcing MSMEs, traders, and entrepreneurs who need business funding. The FSE plays a crucial role in lead generation, eligibility verification, and ensuring timely loan application submission.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to businesses, shops, and trading units.

• Explain loan options and assist with document collection.

• Conduct preliminary eligibility checks.

• Coordinate with credit and operations departments for loan approval.

• Maintain and report daily lead and conversion data.

• Build trust-based relationships for referrals and renewals.

Skills Required:

• Excellent persuasion and communication abilities.

• Knowledge of MSME finance and documentation.

• Good local market networking.

• Strong follow-up and deal-closing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Qualification:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• Preferred: Graduate in Commerce, Business, or Finance.

Experience:

• Freshers with a strong interest in finance and sales may apply.

• Preferred: 1–3 years experience in MSME/Business Loan or Financial Sales.

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Annual CTC Range: ₹1,44,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum
Travel Allowance (TA): ₹2,000 per month
Daily Allowance (DA): ₹250 per day
Reporting To: Founder / Executive Director
Languages Required: Telugu, Hindi, and English

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry
