Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 

To ensure sales in residential/commercial real estate.
 Responsible for generating new business opportunities for the organization
 Looking for a hard core performer in selling Residential and commercial Property.
 Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
 Talk to the leads generated by calling team & explain the project details
 Convince them for the site visit on call.
 Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process.
 Finally do the booking.
Desired Skills Required
 : Excellent communication and selling skills.
 Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
 Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality - He has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company's positive image.
 He will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects with the help of team.
 Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
 Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
 Report on sales activities to senior management.
 Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
 Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
 Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
 Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
 Collecting customer feedback and market research.
 Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

 Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
