Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

• Generate leads and convert them into business.

• Present and promote company products/services to clients.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

• Negotiate and close deals with clients in a professional manner.

• Maintain detailed records of sales activity using CRM tools.

• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Zirakpur.
