Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele Caller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and assisting clients with property-related queries.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for property sales
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
• Generate and qualify leads
• Schedule site visits/meetings with clients
• Maintain customer database and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with the sales team

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in tele calling (Real Estate preferred)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate industry
• Ability to handle objections and close leads
• Proficiency in Hindi & basic English
