Job Description :
Identify and build strong relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, interior designers, and contractors.
Manage project-based sales and ensure order closures through effective negotiations and relationship management.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and product launches.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely execution and customization of project orders.
Track project pipelines, monitor competition activities, and provide insights to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any post-sale issues.
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
