Role & Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound leads received through various channels.

• Understand client requirements and provide the right solutions to convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to ensure engagement and long-term relationships.

• Share timely updates and reports with the Sales Manager.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidates only.

• Prior experience in derma/cosmetic industry (have knowledge about cosmeceuticals hair and skin care products).

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Prior experience in handling inbound leads and client interactions is a plus.

• Quick learner with a positive, energetic attitude.

• Basic knowledge of Excel.
