Role Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our growing B2B SaaS team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, pitching our products virtually, and closing deals with educational institutions across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns to generate leads from schools and coaching centers
Explain product features and benefits via virtual meetings and demos
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
Maintain CRM and update all customer interactions and sales activities
Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and closures
Work closely with field sales and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and video conferencing platforms
Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory
Ability to work from office (Mumbai/NCR)
Compensation:
Fixed salary (as per experience)
