Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base, build long-term client relationships, and generate sales growth for Furnistaa.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, and retail clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.

• Promote Furnistaa’s wide range of premium fabrics and furnishings to potential clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct showroom walkthroughs, product presentations, and client meetings.

• Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in fabrics, interiors, or home décor industry).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build long-term professional relationships.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
